Returns & Exchanges
Returns should be easy for you
If the size you ordered is not quite right, we're happy to offer a free size exchange. When you're ready to start an exchange you can use the Exchange Tool right here on the site.
Return window
Submit a return request within 30 days of the expected delivery date, or by January 31 for holiday orders.
Condition matters
Items must be unworn and unwashed. Once an item has been exchanged it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Refunds
We'll refund your order total minus original shipping fees as soon as your return passes inspection.
How returns work
Returns are available for all qualifying orders. Requests must arrive within 30 days of the expected delivery date, or until January 31 for purchases made between November 1 and December 31.
- Returned pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and include original packaging when possible.
- We cover one exchange per item. Additional exchanges convert to a refund request.
- We'll refund your order total except for the original shipping fees.

NowThatsAwesome reserves the right to deny exchanges, returns, or refunds in cases of fraud, suspected fraud, or abuse of these policies. Returns valued over $250 (before discounts) may incur a 20% restocking fee.
