Where's my order?

Emailing us is the fastest way to get an update on your order status. Drop a note to help@nowthatsawesome.com and include your order number—we usually reply within a few hours.

Processing

We're printing your pieces. Production usually takes 2–4 business days, and you'll receive a tracking link as soon as a label is created.

On the way

Once the carrier scans the package, tracking updates every few hours. Domestic orders take 5–7 days; international orders take 7–10 days.

Delivered

If tracking shows delivered but you don't see it, check with neighbors, front desk, or carrier. Email us if it still hasn't turned up after 24 hours.

Need a status check?

  • Search your inbox for "Now Thats Awesome" to find your confirmation and tracking emails.
  • Log into your account to review any orders that are still in progress.
  • Reply to any order email or contact help@nowthatsawesome.com with your order number for a quick update.

If you have a change of address, see damage, or the tracking stalls for more than 3 business days, email us right away. We'll coordinate with the carrier or send a replacement.
